Job Summary

As an Analyst, Quality Assurance Methods, you will lead quality processes and continuous improvement efforts to maintain product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of DPM results and analysis of data to take necessary actions.
• Development of action plans, QRQC, and CPI.
• Plan and organize LPA audits, prepare audit reports, and conduct audits according to schedule.
• Follow validation and ensure conformity of PPAP and 4M transition.
• Participate in process audits, trial audits, and the development of action plans.
• Monitor and control application of standards and procedures.
• Follow up training of LQC / TQ and manage corrective and preventive actions for customer claims and repetitive defects.
• Perform analysis and treatment of internal defects via CPI and QRQC line, and 'Tear Down' wiring faults and defects.
• Lead problem-solving meetings and apply customer requirements to stop non-compliance.
• Define and carry out improvement actions in the form of Kaizen and update implementation of actions in QRM.
• Observe risks, anomalies, and secure the customer for repetitive internal defects or alerts.
• Prepare daily indicators and lead problem-solving meetings following internal / external issues.
