As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the community to help to deter security-related incidents. This primarily driving post allows you to interact with residents, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as they arise. Position Type : Part Time Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule : DayTimeFri04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AMSat04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AMSun04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location. Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management. Assist with access control procedures and monitor entry points as required by site policies. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
