JOB SUMMARY :

Through a blend of strategic planning operational management tactical implementation and experiential alignment the RICP Training Specialist delivers a comprehensive training program for Universal Creative. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing training while identifying gaps and leading development delivery facilitation and evaluation of new learning solutions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

RICP Training Design & Delivery - Translate strategic plans into actionable training experiences. Design deliver and continuously improve training content to meet learner needs and organizational objectives.

  • Design and facilitate live training sessions (virtual and / or in-person).
  • Create and revise e-learning modules job aids and / or quick reference guides to support learning outcomes.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to enhance future sessions.
  • Lead onboarding training for new team members and project stakeholders ensuring consistent understanding of RICP processes.

RICP Training Administration & Process Management - Manage the day-to-day systems processes and logistics that ensure the smooth operation of the training program.

  • Update training materials to reflect current practices and store them in the appropriate repositories with appropriate metadata and access control.
  • Maintain LMS content to ensure accuracy and relevance to learner roles.
  • Coordinate training logistics including room bookings virtual meeting setup and distribution of materials.
  • Monitor training participation and completion rates to assess engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to enhance system functionality and implement improvements to training platforms.
  • RICP Training Strategy & Curriculum Planning Shape the training roadmap to achieve learning outcomes segment the audience structure the curriculum determine delivery methods establish timelines and design assessments.

  • Contribute to the long-term planning of RICPs training program and ensure training development and delivery align with the teams mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio Engineering & Safety Global Project Hub Legal and other impacted stakeholders to ensure training offerings are cross-functionally aligned.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and the impact of training initiatives.
  • Participate in policy and procedure development related to records and information management.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.

  • EDUCATION :

  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Association for Talent Developments (ATDs) Training & Facilitation Certificate is preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE :

  • 3 years of experience in a position requiring technical-oriented procedure writing and / or training materials; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the themed entertainment industry and / or engineering records management is preferred.
