Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Help patients with mobility and transfers including lifting and positioning
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support
