Requirements :

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers have a quick, accurate, and friendly experience every time. A shift manager leads the staff and other managers during the shift to guarantee the best quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Shift managers perform various tasks, such as planning each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking steps to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, overseeing safety and profitability, and communicating with the next shift manager to prepare for them to also manage a great shift. Shift managers may also be responsible for meeting goals during their shifts and helping assigned departments reach them.

As a shift manager, you may be responsible for :

• Food safety

• Inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleaning
• Crew management
• Quality food production
• Exceptional customer service
• Safety and security
• Scheduling
• Training

Previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality, is valued. We seek individuals with initiative, flexible schedules, who enjoy the fun and have a passion for working in the dynamic McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate restaurants.
