About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist

Location : Port Jefferson, NY

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Hours : 37.5 hours / week

Shift : Evening (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM), Monday – Friday + every other weekend

Work Site : 75 N Country Rd, Port Jefferson, NY 11777

Job Description :

We are looking for a well-rounded Ultrasound Technologist with strong general and vascular ultrasound experience to join a reputable hospital in Port Jefferson, NY. This is a 13-week assignment with evening shifts, offering a great opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology in a supportive environment.

Shift Details :

Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Schedule : Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend

Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of ultrasound tech experience

Must hold RDMS (AB) certification

Must hold at least one additional certification from :

RDMS (GYN)

RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)

RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)

Strong experience in both general ultrasound and vascular ultrasound

Equipment Experience :

GE LOGIQ 10

Philips EPIQ 5G
