Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales)

Unlock Your Sales Potential at AAA Club Alliance! We are seeking an experienced full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales success.

Compensation & Hours

Base pay : $13.71–$17.48 per hour, incentive pay average $162–$389 per month. Store hours : Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 : 30 PM, Saturday 9 AM–1 PM; no Sunday hours. Full-time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
