Brokerage Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to a busy commercial brokerage team, ensuring efficient workflows and strong client service.
- Use leading real estate and market research tools to gather property data, perform basic analytics, and prepare client-facing reports.
- Create, edit, and distribute polished marketing materials (flyers, offering memorandums, presentations, email campaigns, social media content, etc.).
- Support end-to-end transaction processes, including document preparation, escrow and due diligence coordination, compliance tracking, and scheduling key deadlines.
- Maintain CRM systems, track leads, update databases, and ensure accurate, organized records across platforms.
- Coordinate property tours, client meetings, calendars, and logistics, while preparing professional presentations and supporting materials.
- Anticipate team needs, identify gaps, and proactively offer solutions without needing constant direction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, lenders, and internal stakeholders, while adapting to different work styles and expectations.
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, property activity, and competitive landscapes to support business development and client strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in commercial real estate required.Hands-on experience with industry research platform CoStar required.Strong marketing skill set with the ability to design, refine, and distribute content across digital and print channels.Background in transaction coordination, deal support, or similar administrative functions within real estate.High technical proficiency, including office productivity tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms; familiarity with design software is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working with diverse personalities and maintaining professionalism in high-demand situations.Ideal Candidate Traits :
