Responsibilities :
- Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer
- Effectively scheduling service appointments
- Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
A positive attitude & willingness to learn.1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferredHigh school diploma or its equivalency.Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)A professional personal appearanceOral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Basic computer skills.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
