E-Commerce Leader

As a key leader within our stores, this position directs daily e-commerce activities, including order selection, fulfillment, and delivery, while upholding company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and service. The E-Commerce Leader trains and guides team members to achieve operational excellence, swiftly resolves operational challenges, and builds strong customer relationships by providing service-based solutions. Collaborating closely with store leadership, this role identifies opportunities to enhance processes, and proactively develops and implements solutions to drive e-commerce growth and enhance overall store performance.

Provides direction and coaching to all team members assigned e-commerce activities.

Effectively builds and maintains morale, provides motivation and feedback, fosters a cohesive and productive team environment.

Leads by example, provides team members with clear expectations and timely feedback.

Effectively delegates and follows-up with team members assigned e-commerce activities.

Manages day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order selection, packing, staging, and delivery; ensures all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs and company standards.

Determines daily e-commerce projects and delegates to team members assigned e-commerce activities; ensures daily tasks and assignments are accomplished correctly and in a timely manner.

Ensures timely and relevant communication to all store departments to drive effective e-commerce operations.

Equips team members assigned e-commerce activities with the technical knowledge and ongoing training to successfully operate e-commerce platforms and equipment.

Proactively partners with Good Food Holdings shared support services, leveraging provided metrics and data to identify and resolve issues while driving e-commerce sales growth.

Guides customers through resolving order issues on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsible for the effective ordering and inventory management of all e-commerce related supplies.

Minimum one year of grocery retail experience required.

One or more years of e-commerce experience strongly preferred.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality output while working within deadlines a must. Sense of urgency required. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the grocery industry and food safety requirements, including HACCP and Department of Health guidelines.

Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation; takes initiative; problem solves.

Possesses comprehensive product information with a proven history of using knowledge to train employees and best service customers.

Strong leadership skills; proven success as a team member. Ability to effectively delegate and follow-through.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills required; effective written communication skills necessary.

Demonstrates an interest in learning; possesses a strong interest in food and related products.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.

Able to lift and carry 40 pounds.

Wage / salary range : $24.00 - $27.00

The specific programs and options available to any given team member are dependent upon eligibility factors such as position, date of hire, work location, and terms of applicable collective bargaining agreements.
