  • Your Role Will Involve :

  • Engaging with children playfully while implementing their personalized treatment plans.
  • Observing interactions, playing, and collecting data to document progress.
  • Teaching essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills.
  • Helping children master communication skills and positively manage challenging behaviors.
  • Making a real difference in the lives of our clients!
  • What We Are Looking For :

  • A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or the commitment to obtain it within 45 days of hire.
  • Experience working with children in settings like daycare, camp counseling, or similar preferred.
  • High energy, creativity, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Dependability so that families can count on you.
  • Physical ability to engage actively with children, including getting up and down off the floor.
  • Comfort with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • A desire to learn, work independently, and provide top-quality care.
  • An interest in applying evidence-based methods that are proven effective.
