As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering a first-class dealership experience. No previous car sales experience is requiredwe provide training and support to help you succeed.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position that pays $18 / hour plus commissions and bonuses, with a monthly earning potential ranging from $3,000 to $12,000, depending on performance. There is a 90 day $4,000 guarantee.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Listen to customer needs and help identify the right vehicle options
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through the sales and financing process
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up after the sale
