A company is looking for a Senior XO Developer to contribute to the development of AI agents for HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement tooling strategies and ensure effective integration of AI-driven solutions

Design and develop scalable, reliable AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks

Contribute to agent workflow orchestration and stay informed about industry trends

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development engineering

5+ years of experience in object-oriented design and development

5+ years of experience with UML and web application development or SaaS technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with XML and integration technologies is a plus
