Recruitment Strategy Partner

In this role, you will partner with our recruiting team to build and execute strategies that identify and engage top talent at the earliest stages of the recruiting process. You'll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and pipeline developmenthelping to ensure a strong flow of qualified candidates across a variety of roles while maintaining a focus on building diverse teams and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and talent profiles across multiple teams.
• Manage the top of the recruiting funnel, including sourcing, resume and application review, and conducting initial pre-screen conversations with candidates.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, events, Slack communities, and other tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Track key sourcing metrics and KPIs (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and candidate pipeline health) to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
• Regularly report out on sourcing activity and pipeline progress to recruiting partners, leveraging data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sourcing channels, tools, and creative strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Support projects that enhance the candidate experience and overall recruiting efficiency.
