Apto Solutions is seeking an accomplished Director of ITAD Business Development with extensive experience in selling data center and enterprise hardware to Fortune 500 customers. This key client-facing, consultative role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who can leverage deep industry expertise and enterprise relationships to position Apto Solutions as the premier ITAD partner for global organizations. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate hardware refresh cycles, decommissioning projects, and sustainable IT asset disposition strategies that protect data, mitigate risk, and maximize value recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Fortune 500 enterprises with large-scale data center and IT infrastructure environments.
• Leverage established relationships with enterprise clients to introduce and expand Apto's ITAD services.
• Engage executive stakeholders and technical teams to promote secure, compliant, and sustainable IT asset disposition solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives to convert enterprise and data center hardware relationships into long-term ITAD partnerships.
• Collaborate with clients on hardware lifecycle strategies, including decommissioning, resale, recycling, and secure data destruction.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and sustainability teams to deliver tailored ITAD programs for complex enterprise environments.
• Represent Apto Solutions at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a thought leader in ITAD and hardware lifecycle management.
• Educate clients on the data security, environmental, and compliance risks associated with improper disposition of sensitive IT equipment.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing business development team to drive revenue growth and expand Apto's presence across enterprise sectors.
