Job Summary :

ISFC Outpatient Therapists provide mental health services including individual, group and family therapy in the clinic, school and client's home. The ISFC Outpatient Therapist will be working within the context of a team to provide intensive mental health services to clients referred through Penny Lane's Foster Family Agency under their ISFC program. The therapist works collaboratively with the team to assess, provide and / or link the clients and families to needed community services and coordinates all the services that the client receives. The therapist documents all service according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.

The therapist follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The therapist supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.

Requirements :

• Active MFT Intern or ASW Intern registered with the BBS.
• Or Active Licensed LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist.
• Post Master's clinical work with children and / or adolescents preferred.
• Knowledge of DMH paperwork preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written skillset).
• Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location : Lancaster, CA

Salary Range : $77,726 - $98,616 per year

Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! (Issued in two installments : $2,500 upon date of hire and $2,500 upon successfully completing the six month introductory period).

Hybrid work schedule and service delivery via telehealth on occasion available.

Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.

Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
