Job description

An established real estate firm is looking to add a Community Manager to their team! You would help lead a team to ensure rent collections and minimal rent loss, handle resident relations, and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for residents! This is a full-time, direct-hire role and they have 3 different locations in the DC area.

Location : Washington DC area

Salary : 80-90K DOE!

Requirements :

  • Property Management experience
  • Leadership Experience
