Pay Rate : $18 – $21 / hr

Shift : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m.; every other Saturday, 6 : 30 a.m. – 12 : 00 p.m.

Time Zone : Eastern

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company to patients seeking diagnostic information or preventive health services. The PSR I performs high-quality phlebotomy and specimen collection while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and accuracy. This role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily specimen collection and processing activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.

Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment .

Execute forensic and clinical specimen collection in accordance with established procedures.

Demonstrate strong phlebotomy skills , including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Maintain accurate records and required documentation.

Promote a positive and professional image with patients, clients, and colleagues.

Exhibit leadership behaviors , process excellence, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).

Minimum 6 months of experience ; 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Customer service experience in retail or healthcare setting preferred.

Keyboard / data entry proficiency required.

Experience with straight needle draws and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) strongly preferred.
