Were hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Bloomington showroom someone whos personable, professional, tech-savvy, and comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel. Experience in home dcor or showroom sales is a big plus.

This is a great opportunity to work in a design-focused environment surrounded by art, texture, and creativity.

Position Details

Schedule : 4 days per week
Hours : 10 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Location : 5115 American Blvd, Bloomington, MN 55437

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients with rug selections and design consultations

Provide a high level of personalized customer service reflective of the Cyrus brand

Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, materials, and styles

Use Microsoft Excel and showroom software for client tracking, inventory management, and sales reporting

Support showroom presentation, sample organization, and product merchandising

Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or showroom sales , ideally within the home dcor or interior design industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general comfort with technology (email communication, CRM, POS, online product catalogs)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail

Enthusiasm for design, color, and craftsmanship

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate plus commission.
