Lynch Physical Therapy is growing, and were looking for a Clinic Director to lead our Severna Park location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a patient-centered practice known for its advanced expertise in orofacial pain, TMJ disorders, and headache treatment a niche thats in high demand and underserved nationwide. (Dont worry well train you in this specialty if youre not already experienced.)

What Youll Do :

• Lead clinic operations with a mix of patient care, mentorship, and management
• Deliver high-quality and evidence-based physical therapy
• Collaborate on clinic strategy, growth, and team development
• Learn and integrate advanced training in orofacial / TMJ disorders (provided by us)

What Were Looking For :

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Interest in leadership and clinic operations
• Eagerness to learn new clinical skills (especially in orofacial pain / TMJ)
• Someone who takes ownership, wants to grow, and brings positive energy to the team
