A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide exceptional user support and feedback management.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user issues across various feedback channels including Discord, GitHub, Slack, and email
File and sync user issues in the internal tracking system and update troubleshooting documentation
Reproduce bugs, create test cases, and summarize top user issues for team meetings
Required Qualifications
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of AI-driven development, shells, and terminals
1+ years of coding experience (preferred)
Prior experience in developer tools and as a support engineer (preferred)
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
