Financial Reporting Analyst

The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting standards, and technical accounting issues. What you'll do :

  • Prepare the company's SEC filings (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with reporting regulations.
  • Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
  • Research and prepare technical memorandums for technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842) and M&A activity

Who you are :

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or related
  • 1-2+ years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA
  • Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

  • What does this position pay?

    Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

    The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
