Job Description

As a Shipping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of trackloaders. Working primarily outdoors, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing orders for shipment, coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and adherence to shipping schedules. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare trackloaders for shipment by verifying and packaging products according to company standards.
• Accurately process shipping orders using the company's inventory and shipping software.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Generate and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation to shipments.
• Track and report shipment statuses, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and updating inventory records.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
