Job Title : Med / Surg Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

Healthcare Setting : Med / Surg Unit

End Date : February 15, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Nursing Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00PM - 7 : 00AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,150 - $1,230

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications

Active LPN / LVN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a healthcare setting

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Med / Surg LPN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Med / Surg unit

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with treatments

Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records

Support patients and families, ensuring a compassionate and safe clinical environment
