Wage Range : $22.00$26.40 per hour
Are you ready to grow your career in Human Resources while making a meaningful impact every day? Join our two-person HR team at the Capital Hotel, where you will work side-by-side with the Director of Human Resources to support our associates and drive excellence across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding : Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support new hire onboarding including documentation, locker assignments, and system setup.
Benefits & Leave Administration : Assist with insurance enrollment, track leave and claims (OSHA, Workers' Comp, Unemployment), and process tuition reimbursement.
HR Operations & Engagement : Greet associates, maintain HR supplies, support monthly recognition and community initiatives, update communication boards, and attend HR-related meetings.
Payroll & Compliance Support : Help with payroll tasks, missed punch entries, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with employment policies.
