WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  • 📞 Customer Support Superstar – Provide a delightful customer experience in every call, email, and text message. 💡 Problem-Solver Extraordinaire – Ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions. 📅 Scheduling Pro – Manage appointments with precision and efficiency. 📑 Detail-Oriented – Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our CRM. 🔄 Retention Expert – Handle cancellations and explore customer retention strategies. 🤝 Team Player – Work closely with other office teams, technicians, and managers for smooth operations. 🌱 Brand Ambassador – Represent Natran’s mission in every customer interaction.
