Schedule : Weekends Off

Salary : $800 - $1,095 per week

Work Type : In-person (strictly on-site)

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that align with our organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each event is not only well-organized but also memorable and impactful for all participants.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events from concept to completion.
• Develop event budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Create event marketing materials, including invitations and promotional content.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audio-visual needs.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
