Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil Project Manager :

#1. Must have Civil engineering degree.

#2. Must have at least 5 years of related experience.

#3. Must have PE or RLA or on path to acquire.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.

Requirements of the Civil Project Manager :

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Land development project management experience is very beneficial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a Team.
