What to expect

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an ambassador for our investigative platform and tools and the technical backbone of our sales process, responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, conducting hands-on training sessions and guiding customers during trials, and supporting customers in understanding the value of the Maltego platform and its four key products.

Drawing on your experience in OSINT, deep knowledge of the Maltego tool and strong communication skills, you will strengthen our impact and empower Maltego users around the globe.

Your profile in short

• Deliver engaging and technically accurate product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases across Maltego's platform and products : Search, Graph, Evidence, and Monitor .
• Conduct trial and training sessions (virtual and on-site) for customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure customer-product fit and effective onboarding and product adoption.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and translate them into investigation workflows for prospects.
• Proactively identify problem statements and use-cases where the Maltego platform can add investigative value to customers
• Support the sales cycle by answering technical questions, preparing proof-of-concepts (PoCs), guiding customers through product trials and addressing objections.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product team to help shape future product development.
• Represent Maltego at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a technical expert.
