Job Summary and Qualifications : The Physical Therapy (PT) Assistant delivers high quality, patient-centered care by providing a variety of delegated therapeutic services, in accordance with licensing and regulations. Under the supervision of the primary Physical Therapist, the PT Assistant performs direct physical therapy tasks to achieve the goals of the physician's plan of care and to support patients throughout the home health program.

Qualifications : Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required), Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) (required), Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (required), 1+ years experience in Physical Therapy (preferred), 1+ years experience in an inpatient rehab setting (preferred).
