The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine (PACCM) is comprised of a team of outstanding clinicians, scientists, and scholars dedicated to improving the lives of patients with serious lung disease. The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine (PACCM) is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance and Grants Management Specialist (Research Administrator 2) to join its dedicated team focused on finance and research administration. In this key role, the specialist will support the division’s finance team, particularly in managing sponsored research accounts.
The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for all financial and administrative matters related to the faculty they support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and distributing regular financial reports, collaborating with faculty and staff to review accounts, and providing financial analysis, forecasting, and recommendations. The candidate will manage both small and large research portfolios, which include a mix of federal, industry, and endowment funding, along with clinical trials. Experience with clinical trial financial management, or a strong willingness to learn, is important.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures . The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $77,315 to $116,979 per annum.
