Activity Assistant

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Activities Assistant.

Schedule :  Full Time - Sunday to Thursday 9 : 30a-5 : 30p or Tuesday to Saturday

11a-7p

Salary : $16 - $17.50 per hour - based on experience

Activities Assistant Responsibilities include :

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• The ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
• Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
