Job description1 on 1 mentorship & training program. Exclusive High Intent Qualified leads. Weekly Comprehensive trainings from top producers. Proven track record of agents producing using our training and resources. Consult clients on products & services to meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service. Resolve product or service problems. Maintain customer relationships. Communication : ability to effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and closing them on suitable products. Driven and self-motivated. Must currently hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (must be able to pass a state background check to obtain license). Warm calls - Clients have already expressed interest in products we offer. Access to CRM for client management, and seamless integration with carrier platforms for an easy e-application process. Commissions directly deposited upon approval and issue - deposits Monday, Wednesday, Friday. A current life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
