A company is looking for a Remote Medical Charts Retrieval Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume outbound calls to obtain patient charts from provider offices

Perform data entry and follow established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations

Ensure accurate and timely access to patient records

Required Qualifications

1+ years of call center customer service experience required

Healthcare and medical records experience is a plus

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must reside within a 45-minute drive of Houston, TX 77086

Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
