Job descriptionKnowledge of setting up and breaking down a bar at the start and end of service Basic knowledge of spirits and general bar components Basic knowledge of preparing and producing garnishes for drinks Ability to batch cocktails and syrups according to recipe and need Ability to work at a fast past while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace Ability to carry heavy weight Open to taking direction while work closely alongside team members Anticipate guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency Open availability
