The position will serve as the Software Quality Assurance Technical Lead assigned to the NCCRIS project.
The Technical Specialist is a senior-level resource with specialized knowledge and experience. The position will serve as the contract Technical Lead assigned to the NCCRIS project. This role will serve on the Enterprise Test Team and will assist IT Management at all levels with the delivery and support of software testing disciplines across NCDOT-T. This position will advise on best practices of processes and industry standards for software testing and support at an enterprise level. The Technical Lead will advise on NCCRIS project testing activities including Component Integration, system Integration, Regression, Performance and Disaster Recovery Testing. The position requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with management across all levels.
