Support Families Building Stability (Front Desk Support)

Be the friendly face that welcomes families as they work toward housing stability.

As a Warm Welcome Greeter at our Colorado House & Resource Center, you'll greet families arriving for classes, appointments, and visits to our donation center. You'll help them feel at home, direct them where they need to go, answer phones, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

Between arrivals, you can tidy the donation center, organize supplies, catch up on reading, or work on homework. The pace has natural ebbs and flows, so you're never just standing around or overwhelmed.

What makes someone great in this role:

• Enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
• Can handle light admin tasks (phones, directing visitors, etc.)
• Likes being the person who makes someone's day a little easier
