Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the transplant process of the programs. Main responsibilities include managing a group of employees that deliver shared support services across the Transplant Program; establishing workflows / processes which are aligned with program policies; and managing objectives and key performance metrics.
