Responsibilities :
- Technical and administrative leadership of the Production Maintenance Team for the Formulation, Material Preparation, and filling equipment at the Lilly Kenosha County Facility.
- Execution of maintenance supporting the LKC site, plant, or flow, and ensuring consistent application of proactive maintenance and reliability programs.
- Ensures that all team members are knowledgeable and compliant regarding safety procedures, policies, permits, and practices.
- Initiates and leads accident, near miss reviews, and incident notifications.
- Ensures proper housekeeping procedures are maintained.
- Responsible for team's compliance and meeting the quality standards as defined by cGMPs, the Global Quality Standards, local procedures.
- Manage staffing, training, and daily maintenance operations across shifts up to 7 days a week, including attendance, overtime, operational issues, performance management, development planning, and reporting of results.
- Investigates team deviations as needed.
- Owns incident reporting, investigating, and corrective measures.
- Ensures quality of Maintenance Execution.
- Responsible for team training and development and ensuring team is current on training prior to assigning work.
- Responsible for Maintenance KPI's associated with Team's performance.
- Removes barriers that impact team performance.
- Aligns team priorities to support production plan.
- Interfaces with customers to ensure alignment.
- Completes weekly Practice vs Procedure Checks.
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.Technical competence in manufacturing support and / or maintenance (typically 5 years experience, or more).Preferred attributes but not required :
Knowledge of how to operate within a CMMS system.Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment.Recognized strong team leadership skills / experience.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both oral and written).Strong talent development skills, especially coaching and people development.Solid regulatory compliance knowledge (GMP, OSHA, etc.).Prefilled syringe and automated inspection equipment experience.Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service.Demonstrated ability to work without close supervision.Demonstrated ability in problem solving.Additional Information :

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $99,000 - $145,200. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
