Job descriptionHourly rate : $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience Incentives : $4.00-$10.00 per hour average, based on productivity Bonus : monthly bonus at target $1,100-$2,800 Overtime Manage daily store operations and procedures Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members they manage.
