WeCare Centers at Rolling Meadows Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our community in Waynesburg, PA!

Key Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan.
• Consult with the rehabilitation team to choose effective activity programs.
• Coordinate occupational therapy with other types of therapeutic activities.
• Follow guidance of OTR / L in selecting therapy activities to fit Residents' needs and capabilities.
• Assist Residents in carrying out daily activities.
• Teach Residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily function.
• Report the Resident’s progress to the OTR / L.
• Responsibly and accurately document treatments and outcomes in rehab software.
• Assist in educating patients with home exercise programs and use of equipment.
