Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Blood Bank Supervisor to oversee our blood bank operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and optimize blood product management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily blood bank operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, AABB, and state regulations.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with donors and hospitals.
• Implement quality assurance measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
• SBB ASCP certification required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a blood bank or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
