Field Service Technician

TEKsystems is seeking multiple

• Windows 11 migration

• a large healthcare client
• . This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on hardware swaps and system upgrades across multiple healthcare facilities in Central Wisconsin.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform physical desktop swaps and upgrades as part of the Windows 11 deployment.
• Provide hardware support for HP devices, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including IP configuration and patch management.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Utilize Active Directory for user and device management.
• Top Skills :
• Hardware Support :
• Experience with HP devices, MacBooks, printers, and general desktop hardware.
• Troubleshooting & Replacement :
• Strong skills in diagnosing and replacing faulty components.
• Operating Systems :
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Networking Basics :
• IP configuration and patching.
• Nice-to-Have Skills :
• Experience working in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level migration projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
