Job Title : Card Services Representative

Location : Fully On-Site

Type : Temporary (2-month coverage for medical leave; potential for extension or contract-to-hire if the incumbent does not return)

Pay Rate : $18–$19 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Start Date : ASAP – In-person interviews begin next week

About the Role

LHH is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Card Services Representative to join our clien'ts team immediately. This is a critical support role covering a medical leave, with potential for long-term placement. The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience , preferably within a credit union , and hands-on expertise in credit card operations .

Key Responsibilities

Support and back up all essential card processing functions, including debit, ATM, and credit card operations

Handle monetary and non-monetary exception reports related to card services

Process dispute and fraud claims in compliance with Visa rules , Federal Regulation Z , and Regulation E

Communicate professionally with members, vendors, and merchants to resolve card-related issues

Use systems such as PSCU , CO-OP , and EPISYS to manage card tasks and documentation

Maintain accurate records and assist with settlement adjustments and GL account support

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, federal regulations, and industry standards

Provide exceptional internal and external member service

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a financial institution (credit union experience strongly preferred)

Proven experience with credit card setup, maintenance, and dispute processing

Familiarity with Visa regulations and federal compliance standards

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of deposit laws and regulations

Must pass a background and credit check

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
