Concrete Form Laborer

Responsibilities :

Prepare and set up beds for concrete pouring

Fabricate assemblies according to specifications

Operate hand and power tools, as well as other equipment

Load and unload construction materials

Organize and set up materials for daily tasks

Perform thorough quality checks on all work

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Carry out additional duties as directed

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet precise standards

Collaborative team player capable of problem-solving with colleagues

Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace for yourself and others

Proficient in operating standard hand and power tools

Detail-oriented work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
