Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including fixtures, water heaters, piping, and drains

Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and a friendly attitude

Educate customers on plumbing solutions and present service options

Accurately document all work performed using mobile software

Adhere to plumbing codes and company safety procedures

Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Work independently and as part of a team to meet performance goals

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Professional, punctual, and dependable

Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed

Plumbing license (preferred but not required)
