Job descriptionSupply Chain Managing the entire lifecycle of products, from the acquisition of raw materials to the distribution and final delivery to clients. Inventory Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are accounted for and in the right place at the right time. Overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage of goods and managing the flow of materials within the facility. Transportation Arranging and coordinating the movement of goods, including selecting transportation methods and scheduling deliveries. Shipment Tracking shipments, creating shipping manifests, and ensuring orders are fulfilled and delivered accurately and on time. Effectively communicating with suppliers, transportation carriers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Analytical Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and reduce costs. Organizational Managing multiple transportation projects concurrently and maintaining detailed records of shipments and inventory. Identifying and resolving logistical challenges to improve efficiency and maintain the integrity of the supply chain. Software Utilizing logistics software, transportation management systems, and inventory management systems to monitor and control the flow of goods.
