• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions quickly.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
• A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers are essential traits for success in this role.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
