Description and Requirements
About the Position
We are in need of a Solution Architect to support the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions within core business applications. Our initiative fuses semantic foundations, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval and governance-by-design to move from find to answer and act. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable architectures for AI agents and enterprise knowledge products
- Deliver models with cross-domain ontologies and knowledge graphs
- Define data flow, APIs, and integration patterns for RAG pipelines
- Ensure compatibility and governance across platform components
- Handle DB benchmarking and migration planning (eg. pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant)
- Evaluate and recommend technologies for long-term sustainabilites
- Act as a trusted advisor to translating business needs into technical solutions
- Standardize interoperability with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other agent frameworks
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of Experience designing LLM-based, Agentic or RAG systems8+ years of Experience managing both on-premise and cloud based software architectures OR Enterprise architecturesBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related fieldPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success designing an LLM-based, Agentic or RAG system and bringing the product to fruitionWorking Experience with agentic AI products or Dev frameworks such as Google Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAIExpertise with AI Knowledge SolutionsExperience with agent memory, knowledge graph and multi-agent orchestrationProficiency in structured IO, tool / function calling and API designAbility to deliver identity integrationExperience translating technical complexity into business valueExperience presenting technical concepts to business users and executive stakeholdersProficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools : Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, ExcelCultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tactCertifications are a plus : CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plusThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $155-185k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and / or commission. This is a remote position that will have core working hours in EST.
