Functional Project Manager (SAP HCM Payroll SuccessFactors)

Position : Functional Project Manager

Location : Miramar, FL

Duration : 6 months CTH

Client is seeking a Functional Project Manager to support our NorthStar Core S4 / Hana project, where our SI partner is serving as the systems integrator. This role is critical in ensuring project execution stays on track, risks are managed, and deliverables meet expectations. The Project Manager will partner closely with the SI partner to monitor timelines, drive accountability, and provide oversight on SAP-related workstreams.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the project plan and ensure Deloitte is delivering on commitments, scope, and schedule.
• Track progress, identify anomalies, escalate issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide governance and oversight of SAP-related activities, with emphasis on HCM, Success Factors and FICO.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure SAP modules (Security, EDI, Basis, ABAP, etc.) are integrated and aligned.
• Leverage Jira for project tracking, reporting, and task management.
• Perform core project management responsibilities, including reporting, documentation, and status updates.
• Drive project success through hands-on leadership while maintaining a collaborative, team-first mindset.
